Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering/Civil Engg. (Transportation)/Civil Engg. (Construction Technology)/Civil Engg. (Public Health)/Civil Engg. (Water Resource) from a recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks.
C. Executive (Electrical) (Post Code-22):
Three years Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/Electrical & Electronics/ Power Supply/Instrumental & Control/Industrial Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Applied Electronics/Digital Electronics/Instrumentation/Power Electronics/Electronics & Control Systems from a recognized University/Institute with not less than 60% marks.

AGE LIMIT (as on 01/10/2025):
• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: 30 years (for Junior Manager & Executives)
• Maximum: 33 years (for MTS)
• Age relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to candidates of:
1. OBC (NCL): 3 years
2. SC/ST: 5 years
3. Ex-servicemen: 3 years (after deduction of length of service from age).
4. Physically Handicapped (UR & EWS): 10 years (13 & 15 years for OBC & SC/ST)
5. Employees of DFCCIL: 08 years (11 & 13 years for OBC & SC/ST)
NOTE: Maximum upper age of the applicants should not exceed 56 years including all possible age relaxations.
SALARY:
A. For Junior Manager (Finance):
• Pay Level (IDA): E2-level
• Pay Scale (IDA): ₹50,000-1,60,000
• Basic Pay: ₹50,000
• Annual CTC: ₹21.4 lakhs per annum
B. For Executives (Civil/Electrical/Electronics):
• Pay Level (IDA): E0-level
• Pay Scale (IDA): ₹30,000-1,20,000
• Basic Pay: ₹30,000
• Annual CTC: ₹13 lakhs per annum
C. For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS):
• Pay Level (IDA): N1-level

Selection to this service will be done in two stages:

A. 1ST STAGE CBT:

PHYSICAL EFFICIENCY TEST (PET):
• PET will be conducted only for the post of MTS.
• Candidates 03 times the vacancies (as per merit in 2nd stage CBT) will be shortlisted for the PET.
• PET Criteria for Male Candidates:
(i) Should be able to lift and carry 35 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
(ii) Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 4 minutes and 15 seconds in one chance.
• PET Criteria for Female Candidates:
(i) Should be able to lift and carry 20 kg of weight for a distance of 100 metres in 2 minutes in one chance without putting the weight down.
(ii) Should be able to run for a distance of 1000 metres in 5 minutes and 40 seconds in one chance.
FINAL SELECTION:
Final Selection to the service will be done on the basis of the merit list prepared from marks scored in 2nd Stage CBT only.
