All the posts of this group will have the same exam pattern & merit list, based on which you'll be shortlisted according to your marks and post preference.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 31/01/2025):
1. For Lower Division Clerk:
(i) 12th pass from a recognised board; AND,
(ii) Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
2. For Junior Administrative Assistant:
(i) 12th pass from a recognised board; AND,
(ii) Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
3. For Upper Division Clerk:
(i) Bachelor Degree in any stream from any UGC recognised university; AND,
(ii) Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
4. For Senior Administrative Assistant:
(i) Bachelor Degree in any stream from any UGC recognised university; AND,
(ii) Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi.
5. For Data Entry Operator Grade-A:
(i) 12th pass from a recognised board; AND,
(ii) Should possess a speed of not less than 8000 key depressions per minute for Data Entry Work.
AGE LIMIT (as on 31/01/2025):
• Minimum: 18 years (for JAA, LDC & DEO)
• Minimum: 21 years (for UDC & SAA)
• Maximum: 27 years (for DEO & LDC)
• Maximum: 30 years (for UDC, JAA & SAA)
• Age relaxation in the Upper Age Limit will be provided to:

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection to the service will be done in two stages: Computer Based Test (CBT) & Typing Test.
• Computer Based Test (CBT) will be of 90 minutes duration.
• It will have 100 questions (MCQs)
• Each correct answer will give you +4 marks
• Total Marks will be 400 marks
• These questions will be distributed as follows:
(i) General Knowledge & Aptitude: 25 questions
(ii) Domain Specific Knowledge: 75 questions
(iii) All these 100 questions will be mixed, and divided in five sections, each containing 20 questions, and each section will be of 18 minutes duration.
(iv) After completion of time of one section, the other section will come on your screen, and you can neither go back to the previous section nor to the next section, till completion of time of that section (18 minutes).
(v) Negative Marking: One-fourth (-1 marks)
(v) Qualifying marks: 40% (35% for OBC, 30% for SC/ST/PH).

TYPING TEST:
1. For Data Entry Operator Grade A:
The speed of 8000 Key Depressions per minute for Data Entry work will be judged by conducting a speed test on the EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Machine (like Computer).
2. For LDC/UDC/JAA/SAA:
(i) 350 words (English) or 300 words (Hindi) to be typed on the computer in 10 minutes.
(iii) Candidates can give this test in either English or Hindi (as opted by the candidate in Application).
(iv) Maximum Mistakes Allowed: 7% (10% for reserved categories).
(v) This typing test will be only qualifying in nature.
