SELECTION PROCESS:
A. For Management Trainee (General/Technical):
Selection will be done in two stages:
1. Written Test:
It will contain questions from:
(i) Professional Knowledge: 100 questions - 100 marks - 70 minutes
(ii) General Awareness: 20 questions - 20 marks - 15 minutes
(iii) English Language: 25 questions - 25 marks - 20 minutes
(iv) Reasoning & Computer Aptitude: 25 questions - 25 marks - 20 minutes
(v) Quantitative Aptitude: 30 questions - 30 marks - 25 minutes
• Total: 200 questions - 200 marks
• Total Time: 2 hours 30 minutes
• Negative Marking: One-fourth (-0.25 marks)
• Ratio for shortlisting (for the next stage): 1:5 (five times the vacancy)
2. Document Verification & Interview:
• In this stage, your original documents will be verified, and after that, on the same day, you'll be allowed to give an interview.
• Interview will be of 30 marks.
• Minimum qualifying marks: 15 marks
• Final selection will be done on the basis of marks scored in Written Test and Interview in the ratio of 85:15.
B. For Accountant:
Selection will be done in two stages:
