EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION (as on 31/01/2025):
1. Hostel Warden:
(i) Graduate from a recognized University/Institute; AND,
(ii) Diploma/Certificate in House Keeping/Material Management/Public Relations/Estate Management; AND,
(iii) Possessing two years experience of handling hostels in Government/Reputed Organization.
2. Warden (in RHTC):
(i) Degree from a recognised University, and, Diploma in Home Science from a recognised University or Institute; OR,
(ii) Degree in Home Science from a recognised university.
3. Assistant Warden:
(i) Degree from a recognised university; AND,
(ii) Diploma/Certificate in House Keeping/Material Management/Public Relations/Estate Management; OR, 2 years experience in this field.
4. Junior Warden/House Keepers:
(i) Graduate from a recognized University; OR,
2. 2 years experience as a Junior Warden or equivalent in any college.
AGE LIMIT (as on 31/01/2025):
• Minimum: 18 years (for Assistant Warden & Warden in RHTC)
• Minimum: 30 years (for other posts)
• Maximum: 30 years (for Assistant Warden)
• Maximum: 27 years (for Warden in RHTC)
• Maximum: 45 years (for other posts).
• Age relaxation in the Upper Age Limit will be provided to:
(i) OBC-NCL: 03 years
(ii) SC/ST: 05 years
(iii) PwBD: 10 years (category wise)
(iv) Ex-servicemen: 03 years (after deduction of military service)

SELECTION PROCESS:
Selection to the service will be done in only one stage, which is Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Computer Based Test (CBT) will be of 90 minutes duration.
• It will have 100 questions (MCQs)
• Each correct answer will give you +4 marks
• Total Marks will be 400 marks
• These questions will be distributed as follows:
(i) General Knowledge & Aptitude: 25 questions
(ii) Domain Specific Knowledge: 75 questions
(iii) All these 100 questions will be mixed, and divided in five sections, each containing 20 questions, and each section will be of 18 minutes duration.
(iv) After completion of time of one section, the other section will come on your screen, and you can neither go back to previous section nor to the next section, till completion of time of that section (18 minutes).
(v) Negative Marking: One-fourth (-1 marks)
(vi) Qualifying marks: 40% (35% for OBC, 30% for SC/ST/PH).
